COMPLAINTS OF MALAYSIA’S STALE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PRACTICES : A PULL-OUT WARNING BY MAJOR INVESTORS?

When one of the country’s major investors, Aberdeen Asset Management, complaints about the lack of corporate governance in Malaysia’s firms …… and considering that this has been in the corporate grape-vine for some time ….. shouldn’t the government be asking why this is so?

IMPLEMENT AND ENFORCE THE LAW.
